

Experienced SAP Procurement Project Manager combining strong functional knowledge with leadership skills to guide teams in designing and delivering SAP solutions aligned with business strategy.
Project Manager responsible for many different projects, all of them related with Procurement Area:
- IT Transformation project focus on S/4 HANA, Ariba Catalog and the entire integration roadmap for Telefonica Spain and Germany.
- Deploy and integrate SAP Ariba Catalog within the system roadmap used by all Telefónica Global Companies, ensuring a uniform adoption and consistent integration across corporate platforms.
- SAP SRM implementation on Telefónica Brazil Company.
- SAP SRM and SAP MDM rollouts related to Telxius and TIWs companies.
- SAP SRM integration with Service Now tool for Telefónica Mexico Company.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Governance:
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful delivery of the project within scope, time, and budget.
- Define the overall project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Establish project governance structures, roles, and responsibilities following SAP Activate methodology.
2. Resource Management:
- Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring that business requirements are delivered on time and with the required quality.
- Manage relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and subcontractors.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Conduct regular status meetings to report project progress and key decisions.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between global and local project requirements.
- Manage and actively participate in the definition and design of system developments to ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external partners.
4. Project Execution and Quality Assurance:
- Oversee all phases of the SAP S/4HANA implementation (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run).
- Ensure deliverables meet SAP best practices and quality standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
5. Integration and Change Management:
- Ensure integration between SAP S/4HANA and other corporate systems (SAP Ariba, GEP and Adquira MKP).
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to facilitate user adoption, training, and communication plans.
- Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), and cutover planning to ensure a successful go-live.
6. Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support:
- Manage go-live activities and coordinate hypercare support after deployment.
- Ensure post-implementation stabilization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
SAP SRM and MM Senior Consultant in Telefónica Project
- Conduct all necessary SRM, MM and MDM configuration activities to customize the system in order to meet Telefónica requirements.
- Documenting business requirements.
- Participating in SRM, MM and MDM application design.
- Analyzing the gaps between business requirements and SRM software.
- Creating SRM functional requirements as a contribution to application design.
- Define and implement Roles and authorizations based in SRM, MM, MDM and GRC modules.
- Collaborating in SRM systems building, testing and implementation activities.
- Deliver end users training and documentation.
- Assist end users and solve incidents raised during the Post Go Live support period for each of the different releases of the project.
In charge of Second level Maintenance in SAP principally in SRM and GRC modules. Expert in roles and authorizations with large knowledge in:
- SRM - Supplier Relationship Management
- GRC SAP Business Client
- MM – Material Master
- Standard document flow (PR>PO>GR>Bill) and service reception flow.
Working directly with the client managing ticketing tools like Win@proach or ITSM Remedy.
Creation and modification in roles via SAP GRC besides authorization requests from users and new Go live client sites.
Furthermore in charge of maintaining tables of approval flows to unblock PRs and Invoices for payment.
Advice users on the most way to carry out certain tasks and creation of user guides to improve resolution procedures of doubts and issues.
Assist end users and solve incidents raised during Post Go live support period for each of the different releases of the SRM project.
In charge of providing access to users, approval workflow and inconsistence in users incidents, modifications in customizing tables (related to specific approval flow) in SRM module.
Training new members of Second Level Support and generating documentation about the service provided to Amadeus.
