

I successfully completed the Psychology (English) program at Istanbul Nişantaşı University.
I participated in 3 culture and exchange programs during my student years. I had the opportunity to work in different countries and different business departments. I completed my compulsory internship in my university program at the Raffles Hotel in the Human Resources Department.
I made sure the rooms were clean. I visited the floors, reported the clean rooms and checked the rooms. I checked the hotel's hygiene and cleanliness standards every day. I notified the room attendants about the customer requests. I checked the rooms that were checked in and out. I supported the recruitment process of new staff and prepared the training plan.
I worked at Crowne Plaza Minneapolis for 4 months. I made sure the rooms were clean and guest requests were met. At other times, I distributed work within the team, made room checks and reported. Working in this position, I improved my English in the field of conversation. I developed myself in team leadership, business analysis and customer-oriented services.
