Job Description;

-Prepare and consolidate quarterly and annual group financial statements

-Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other applicable financial reporting standards.

-Manage the preparation of financial statements for all group subsidiaries, including consolidation.

-Prepare activity and ratio reports for the general manager quarterly.

-Control foreign currency reports for BRSA.

-Manage inquiries with banks for financial questions for loan applications.

-Prepare consolidated financials and cash flows quarterly.

-Key user of SAP FI module.

-Prepare internal management reports including key financial performance indicators (KPI)

-Support finance team in preparing budget of main Company.

-Lead and develop a team of financial reporting staff

• -Assisted in the planning and execution of internal and external audit assignments, time planning, and audit scope.
• -Developed and implemented audit strategies, risk assessments, and audit programs based on company policy and regulatory requirements.
• -Supervised junior auditors during fieldwork, ensuring proper documentation, quality of work.
• -Coordinating the audit team activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of audit tasks.
• -Prepare and reviewed financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting and auditing standards (e.g. IFRS, GAAP, ISA)
• -Prepared comprehensive audit reports highlighting key findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for senior management.
• Working directly with General Manager of the Martur Group
