  • In charge of management of employer brand, employee experience and internal communication processes of Ekol Logistics A.Ş., which has 10.000+ blue, gray and white collar employees.
  • Determining and launching new values in line with the company's purpose and corporate culture. Launching appreciation and gratitude platform in order to promote new values.
  • By working in coordination with Talent Management and Development team to improve employee experience and using digital technology, we won awards on national and international platforms with our mobile application and interactive video projects for onboarding process. (2nd Best Film" in the Interactive Film Category at the International Cannes Corporate Media and TV Awards, Gold Stevie at The Stevie Awards)

  • Managing marketing budget to reach the given target by maintaining budget projections on a declining market for last 5 years.
  • Conducting market and consumer research to identify sector trends and get insights for strategic planning and actionable roadmap.
  • Creating “brand architecture” of the products such as Hürriyet newspaper, Kelebek, Hürriyet Emlak, etc.
  • Analyzing P/L tables to enhance sustainable profit of them. Discontinuing non profitable 10 products out of 45.
  • Supporting editorial board for repositioning the products and realizing the campaigns for weekend supplements. Resulting in an additional 10.000 circulations for Hürriyet Cumartesi & 6.000 circulations for Hürriyet Pazar. The result is above the sector average.
  • Executing successful product launch campaign; Kelebek 2, gained 7.500 circulations per day, driving significant growth in market share within target segment.

  • Categorising all SKU’s into 4 main segments in order to make marketing plans based on products.
  • As a result of product segmentation study, a new series was launched to fill the product gap in the upper segment; DLC series quickly became the leader of its segment.
  • Creating and executing corporate communications yearly plans according to the company’s communication strategy and objective.
  • Making new agreements of 3 main solution partners; advertising, media planning&buying and publishing agencies.
  • Developing Doluca & Sarafin wines CRM system and e-commerce websites - forced up the sales around %20.
