  • Policy and Legislation Development: Played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of key labor migration policies and legislation, including the drafting of the Law on International Labor Force, which regulates the employment of foreign workers in Turkey. Contributed to shaping frameworks for labor migration and the integration of refugees and other vulnerable groups into the formal labor market.
    Project Management : Managed multiple socio-economic development projects including capacity building and policy-making initiatives. 1. IPA Project: Increasing the Policy-Making Capacity of DGILF in Labour Migration (Migration4Work)
