Responsible for:

• To have architectural knowledge of THY website and mobile application and analyze necessary improvements,
• To have architectural knowledge of AJET website and mobile application and analyze necessary improvements,
• To monitor performance and errors of live system for website and mobile applications via Dynatrace, Grafana, Graylog, Websitepulse, Kangal, Sitescope and write necessary alarms,
• To monitor incoming alarms and improve the system by taking actions when necessary,
• To examine incoming problems with customer complaints, to provide necessary logs and to assign to solution teams for development,
• Identifying faulty processes and working on improving these processes,
• Deploying new versions and hotfix transitions of websites and mobile applications in a live environment,
• Reviewing and approving OCO records received before deployment,
• Performing system monitoring and log tracking after deployment,
• Preparing necessary reports before and after deployment,
• Communicating with infrastructure teams to prepare necessary improvements for the system and transferring them to the live environment,
• Following bot attacks to the live system and sending suspicious records to security teams,
• Prioritizing problem records by holding weekly meetings with solution and business teams
