Developed the E-Flow application, a Business Process Management (BPM) tool, on a No-Code platform.
Utilized InstallAware for deploying application files on client servers.
Employed PowerShell for API request handling, enabling users to verify their licenses, and for creating and managing files.
Designed application components, including the web front-end developed with MVC, using Bootstrap.
Implemented new services and corrected malfunctioning methods.
Programmed stored procedures to ensure quick access to task lists and item data.
Integrated the web interface with a SOAP service using WPF, allowing users to design their own processes.

• Handling the fixing and optimizing of errors that may arise during the development process.
  Managing the processes related to devices sent for repair; preparing quotations, entering quoted amounts into the system, getting the amounts confirmed, and invoicing after the device has been repaired.
  Creating necessary documentation related to the aforementioned processes.
