

I have acquired the vast majority of my knowledge in the industry through my own work experiences. I am results-oriented, and working with planning is crucial for me. My career goal is always to be part of a team striving for further progress and achieving great successes.
I oversee and orchestrate the entire e-commerce journey for brands within the agency at Cycle Marketing. This includes conceptualizing and managing the setup of websites, updating them as needed, creating campaigns, devising and implementing digital marketing strategies, determining and managing marketing budgets according to strategies, and finally, conducting all necessary reporting.
In September 2022, I began working for the Smardes umbrella brand Ruumod to establish and manage its international e-commerce operations. During my 1.5 years of work, the tasks I undertook included:
- Opening a company in the UK,
- Registering the brand in Turkey and Europe,
- Researching and securing agreements with companies for 3PL services in the UK,
- Setting up accounts on Amazon TR-UK, Etsy, eBay, Wayfair, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and N11 marketplaces,
- Establishing and customizing the website using Ideasoft, setting up Turkish and English language settings,
- Setting up scenes in the factory for product photography and conducting photo shoots,
- Creating a warehouse for products and setting up a barcode system,
- Setting up payment systems, e-invoicing, and shipping agreements,
- Managing social media posts,
- Uploading products to marketplaces,
- Designing and implementing Google, Facebook-Instagram, and TikTok marketing campaigns in Turkey and the UK, setting up funnel systems, and conducting accurate A/B testing.
During the process of scaling advertising campaigns, I decided to leave the job.
After concluding my e-commerce journey and transitioning actively to Yeşil Oda, I established it as a Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA). I developed highly detailed work plans and marketing systems. Within the agency, I primarily provided digital marketing and social media services to clinics and hospitals in the healthcare sector. I also engaged in health tourism for some brands. I worked with Google, Facebook-Instagram, and TikTok marketing. As of January 2024, I ceased all activities in this field.
Between January 2020 and July 2022, I engaged in e-commerce with products, websites, and business models that varied according to seasons and trends. I gained experience in almost all business models of the sector, including Etsy, eBay, and Amazon, generating significant revenues. Through brands I established on platforms like Shopify, Ikas, and WordPress, I mastered all tools available on Google, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok to an expert level. I didn't just learn the technical aspects; I also gained strategic experience by investing heavily in various advertising campaigns. I managed everything from finances, advertising, organization, team management, social media, to website management on my own. However, due to the significant changes in the dynamics of the sector, I decided to conclude my e-commerce journey and transitioned to Yeşil Oda, anticipating and planning for such an outcome.
I worked as a Copywriter, Ad Copywriter, and Editor on the Bionluk platform for approximately 1.5 years. During this time, I developed my skills in SEO, customer communication, and advertising copywriting. However, I decided to leave this profession because it did not satisfy me to the maximum level of fulfillment and because I had an interest in e-commerce ventures.
