As Bilim İlaç’s Digital Solutions Manager, I am managing 8-10 people in my team and responsible for Digital Transformation Processes, Project Management, Project Budget, Vendor Management, License and Contract Management

• Analyze current business processes and develop solutions for improvements
• Define business problems, design and implement new operating models
• Planning, managing and delivery of digital and tech transformation including scoping, budgeting and resourcing the project
• Act as the primary liaison between system vendors and the organization, ensuring systems meet organizational needs
• Manage the budget for the SAP application and systems, tracking and monitoring the budget on an annual basis, and making purchasing decisions in line with the budget
• Presentation to C-suite and project committee on the engagement status, recommendations and action plans
• Automate processes and ensure systems are fit for purpose and delivering technical requirements
• Managing and developing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems’ processes
• Execution of new projects in SAP FI, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, AA modules
• Manage critical systems GmP, GxP etc
• And validation processes
• Manage integration projects between SAP & Non-SAP applications and 3rd party systems
• Execution of SAP FIORI and Mobile Application projects
• Experience in ISO27001, KVKK (Personal Data Protection Authority), Internal/ External Audits and follow & improve policies, procedures, methodologies, governance and standards
• Providing user support for all modules of the SAP system.

As TUVTURK’s SAP Team Leader, I managed 12-13 people in my team and responsible for project analysis, project management, project budget and vendor management

• Identify business needs collaboratively working with the customer and product team; manages all requirements
• Work in coordination with product and software development team to meet project needs
• Responsible for the daily management of the project including project plan formulation and tracking project progress
• Analysis and design of Fiori Portal application (Cost Management, Quality Processes, HR processes, Report Center, Document Center)
• Planning and realization of Digital Transformation Processes
• Ensuring that inspection systems and SAP system integration
• Providing integrations between SAP & Non-SAP applications (TR Ministry Systems etc.)
• Manage E-Invoice, E-Archive Invoice, E-Waybill, E-Ledger, Document Management System processes
• Providing user support for all modules of the SAP system.

I managed many projects in “Boylam Yazılım” that the Information Technologies company I co-founded

• Conducting R&D and P&D studies
• Develop projects for government and private sector using many different technologies and platforms such as mobile applications, barcode, RFID, handheld terminal, Mobile Devices, IOS, Android etc
• Execution of ERP applications in sales, marketing, software development and coordinating network and system infrastructure teams
• Establishing Digital Transformation processes’ of organizations and giving consultancy to determine their strategies
• Development of sector-specific applications for different sectors
• Conducting analysis and software development processes
• Managing Pre-Sales and After-Sales services.

I worked in support team of accounting and ERP/MRP software. I provided analysis, training and support services for all modules of the software, including accounting, purchasing, sales and marketing, production, cost accounting and HR.
