• In a company that designs and produces high-tech cards for the defense industry and the automotive industry in two separate factories In Istanbul and In Ankara; I work as a supply chain manager. I manage this process with a team of 13 people in totally.
• I Have done the tasks of re-designing Supply Chain Processes, and creating IATF 16949 Processes.
• Supply Chain Processes consist of the delivery department, shipment department, warehouse, purchasing, and material planning.
• Coordinating these processes with other departments, monitoring and reporting their performance; controlling purchasing reports, supplier audits, and contracts are among my job.
• Preparation of escalations and cost improvements in the purchasing area are among my other duties.
• On the other hand, I take an active role in the digitalization processes of the company. I also take part in the realization of domestic and EU projects.

• In the company that produces in the electronics production and marketing sector; I carry out the task of planning and executing production.
• Over twenty thousands components and semi-finished products imported from abroad; the delivery of these products to the purchasing department of the procurement plans.
• Planning and production control of orders from FORD, ISUZU and HIDROMEK.
• Occupational health and safety activities to control and coordinate. -Execution of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 16949 activities, and Preparation of documentation.

• Importing Rc hobby products; shipping of stores in different cities according to their demands and researching new products are some of my duties.
