I work as the front office chief in the AIR BAŞAKŞEHİR by NEWİNN project. We fully fulfill the duties assigned to us by our residence manager. Our primary duty is to take care of our guests, from welcoming them at the front office, which is the first point of contact for guests and visitors, answering their questions, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department, until they enter the apartment smoothly. Additionally, we handle phone calls and emails, manage the reception area, and perform administrative duties when necessary. We use the Elektra automation system in the facility. We report daily entries and exits and similar works. We have 130 flats in the facility. We provide Airbnb style accommodation services.
