  • Bond issue was started to introduce Karaca on the financial markets and avoid high bank pricing.
  • Using off shore loan for investment and net working capital
  • 1,5bn Turkish Lira FX hedged with capital increase in overseas (within trade relation) and by using Exchange rate protected deposit (KKM). On the other side, using RMB currency central bank loan based on chibor % to pay China suppliers and get discount on purchases. Vanilya option was used for family members to hedged their owned capital and get high revenue. Forward, vanilya option or kind of treasury derivatives products was not used in the group.
  • Established a cash flow mapping and data for current and forescast period. Cash flow was daily, weekly, monthly and yearly based. Before that was not cash flow report.
  • 6m Turkish Lira cost saving annually with the implementation of payment gateway on online business.
  • 100m Turkish Lira turnover was created with 0% interest rate offer to customer during 6 month by introducing consumer financing solution in the shop, franchise and online business.
  • 6m Turkish Lira TV advertising budget receiving from banks after negotiation.
  • All the online business was re-built with new fintech companies and by getting VİP Services (Key account Manager, Fraud Manager & Technical Manager) and incentives 25K Euros.
  • Visited headquarters of partners in UK and Germany to introduce Karaca 2030 strategy.
  • Re-built bank relationships abroad by using most premium global banks (Citibank, BNPP, HSBC, Deutsche Bank) instead of local banks in each countries.
