Organon Turkey is a company that was separated from MSD Turkey in January 2021. I have been working as the Country Lead since the establishment of this company. The establishment of Organon Turkey began with the start of the license transition processes and the establishment of the organizational structure.

We have transformed our team, which we started with 19 people, into a team of more than 80 employees in the last 4 years. We continue with 3 separate teams and 3 critical launches from the first day we started with a small field team.

• Managed budgets, financial planning, and forecasting to optimize profitability for the country operations.
• Established strong relationships with key industry players for business growth and expansion.(I am a board member at AIFD and actively represent our company in AmCham.)

I worked for MSD Turkey's biggest team, the Diabetes Team, as the Director for 6 years. The team I worked as a manager consisted of approximately 90 sales reps. , 9 Regional Managers and 2 Project Managers.

I was leading in the sales and marketing of the organization of 11 people operation in the field of anesthesia.

For 6 years, as a Ass. Director, I managed the teams responsible for Respiratory, Allergy, Osteoporosis and hospital (tender) products.
