As a Plant Director responsible of window hardware systems , door handle and lock production lines with 400+ headcounts (Blue&White collar) . Reporting to Country Manager in Turkey and also COO in UK. Production , Planning , Purchasing , Logistic&warehouse , Quality , HR , Maintanance , R&D , H&SE Manager reporting to me.

Main Reponsibiliteis ;

* Prepare annual budget and KPIs , responsiple of factory P&L

* Adaptation factory to Assa Abloy standarts

* Responsible of H&SE

* Co-ordinate cost reduction activities

* Making optimisation Lay-out according to existing work flow

* Assisted in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.

* Reduced financial inconsistencies while assessing and verifying billing invoices and expense reports.

* Reduced budgetary expenditures by effectively negotiating contracts for more advantageous terms.

• Manage annual budget in excess of $15 million, approve monthly expenditures, and ensure company resources are optimally allocated to maximize profits
• Responsible of 4 service centers in different locations.(Cerkezkoy , Ankara , Gebze and Ikitelli)
• Co-ordinating production , planning , purchasing ,maintenance , HR , Quality department
• Preparing all service centers yearly budgets , investment plan and follow up
• Preparing KPI's for white&blue collars and follow up
• Solar Energy System Feasibility , installation and commissioning for factory roof (400.000$ investment)
• Lead Green field project for Aluminium CastHouse from 95% re-cycling materials. (Factory lay-out optimisation , preparing time plan with co-ordinating construction company , machine producers ) 25.000.000 $ investment

• Lead Green Field Project investment to be supplier of White Appliance Producer (BSH and Arcelik )
• Prepare&follow-up timetable for factory building , machines&dies for EPS and getting permission from goverment offices.
• Responsible for Installation of all machines & auxiliary facilities(steam boiler , compressors , cooling systems for EPS , silos , all pipe lines for EPS )
• Having quality approval for each products from BSH and Arcelik
• Selection of factory blue and white collar staff and prepare training program for them
• Responsible of Released project (Defining project scope & realization , Develop product&processes , Produce & test a pre-pilot , Produce&test a pilot , Start production , End Project ) for BSH and Arcelik
• Responsible of production , planning , maintenance , quality , purchasing and customer satisfaction

• Reviewing Operational P&L and Balance Sheet with Managing Director in Spain and prepare/take action plan monthly
• Responsible of Export&Domestic Sales , Purchasing , Production , Planning , HR and Finance
• Responsible SAP implementation phase for all department
• Direct relationship with The Union

• Reviewing monthly production cost , dashboard and cost reduction activities with Group Technical Manager in Spain and General Manager in Turkey
• Responsible of Production , Purchasing , Planning , HR ,EHS
• Co-ordinating New Product Investment ( product design , manufacturing of molds and apparatus , commissioning and serial production.)

• Responsible of production line ( 450 people working)
• Responsible of Customer satisfaction from Automotive Industry
• Prepare OEE reports and present upper management

• Plant Manager training ( 6 weeks in Italy , 2 weeks in Poland)
• Responsible of Production , Quality , Planning , Purchasing , HR
• Preparing Yearly Budget , follow up expenditure and present MD and Area Manager

• Responsible of Enamel & Powder Painting Shop
• Installation of New Enamel Furnace , Pre-treatment Line and Enamel Booth and commissioning and then training employee
• Responsible of Decrease Rework & Scrap rate , all consumption during production , Headcount optimisation
• Attending Surface Treatment Workshop in Germany and Spain
• Increasing productivity 22% by using OEE
