• Temporary Istanbul Modern Museum – Refurbishment and adaptive reuse of heritage building in Beyoğlu.
• Corporate Renovations – Multiple floor and lobby refurbishments for Kanyon, Vitra, Eczacıbaşı offices, designed by top-tier architectural firms.
• Zekeriyaköy Ormanada – 188 villas, 85 row houses, social and commercial spaces. $12.5M MEP scope delivered with €3M direct procurement optimization.

• Led MEP execution of Maslak Mashattan Project: 10 high-rise residential towers, commercial center, and social amenities totaling 400,000+ m².
• Oversaw full mechanical package including design reviews, material submittals, supplier negotiations, and final commissioning.
