- Some of my duties in System and Project Engineering, which I carried out under the Project Management Office (PMO), are as follows: Design Project activities within the framework of MIL-STD 499 B System Engineering standard and ISO 9001: 2015, AQAP 2110, AS 9100 Quality Management Standards, and INCOSE SEBoK, Preparing DDRL (Document Data Requirement List) documents (Project Management Plan, System Engineering Management Plan, Design and Development Reports, Preliminary and Detailed Design documents, etc.) specified in the contract and specification in Design and Development projects and obtaining customer approval
- To prepare the planning and work breakdown structure (WBS) of Design and Development projects
- Configuration Management Plans, Defining Configuration Outlines, and Selecting Configuration Elements (CE) in design projects according to MIL-STD 973
- Identify and enumerate CEs, Creating and publishing the Project Implementation Schedule over MS Project and coordinating the process, Ensuring communication and coordination between departments and customers, Examining the Job Description and Contract, preparing Technical Requirements Document (TRD), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and WBS dictionary, creating activity and work packages, preparing the Requirements Analysis Document (RAD), Technical Requirements Verification Matrix (TRVM), Ensuring that projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is properly maintained for each project
