No-load and load test, winding resistance measurement, insulation resistance measurement, oil puncture resistance test, induced voltage test, temperature rise test, noise test, winding of production units, assembly management, development of work plan, material stock tracking, work tracking.

This process was my internship experience.

Periodic maintenance of mechanical parts such as separator, accumulator, compressor air systems and fail open close valves in the drilling high pressure separation zone of the geothermal source, control of electrical panels and fault detection.

Periodic safety tests for fault detection of switchgear materials in electrical distribution, electrical control and electrical automation panels.

In case of failure of booster pumps, activation of spares via scada, nitrogen seal reinforcement in case of pressure drop.

Transformer maneuvers with breakers. Searching for power plant pentane leaks with thermal cameras. Maintenance of heat exchangers (waporizer, preather, recuperator) and cleaning of unwanted substances with chemicals.

Synchronization of generators after sudden power plant shutdowns. Control of power plant electricity production and internal consumption. Monitoring of compliance with TEIAS procedures in transmission.
