  • Conduct pre-tender conference with prospective Tenderers
  • Manage and coordinate replies to queries raised by Tenderers during the Tender Period and the preparation of Addenda to the Tender Documents in consultation with the Consultants and the Quantity Surveyor
  • Assist the Owner in the commercial and technical evaluation of the Tenders
  • Attend post tender clarification meetings as required
  • Establish with the Consultant a list of long lead items direct procurement strategies to meet the Project Master Program
  • Manage and co-ordinate the preparation of contract documents for execution by the Contractors and Owner
  • Collection, review and submission to the Client of the required reports prepared by the Project Management team

  • Advise the Owner of circumstances that may or will affect delivery and / or cost and recommend remedial measures
  • Manage and co-ordinate the discharge of Contractors’ obligations as defined in the Construction Contracts and all external influences likely to affect Project delivery on a daily basis
  • Monitor the discharge of consultants’ duties as defined in the Construction Contracts and the consultancy agreements
  • Advise the Owner in the event of failure of consultants to provide the service required by such Contracts and agreements
  • Manage and monitor the delivery on time to the Contractor of all the required documents for construction and other purposes and the prompt response to queries raised and requests for information or approval made by the Contractor
  • Ensure that all parties are fully informed of all rules, regulations and procedures relating to site safety and that these are complied with by all parties
  • Advise the Owner on the technical implications and the effect on the program and/or the approved budget or cost plan where changes in the scope or specifications are under consideration
