Mehmet Fatih Tolga, an Agricultural Engineer with over 14 years of experience in both public and private sectors, specializing in product development. Career has evolved through research, project management, field applications, and international representation. I have conducted hundreds of field and lab trials, supported by analytical tools such as ARM, Stat Mart, R, SPSS, and JMP. Management scientific and operational processes with skills in project planning, budgeting, risk analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Also have experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation. With 25 peer-reviewed articles, 4 book chapters, and 5 industry publications, actively contribute to the academic community. I’ve served on scientific congress committees, spoken at national and international conferences, and reviewed for multiple journals. One of proudest achievements was leading a 30-person team in a pioneering project in Türkiye, which was accepted by the IPPC.
