• Oversaw and monitored the tendering and installation processes of 135 MWe ground-mounted solar power plants (PV) belonging to Erciyes Anadolu Holding group companies, located in Şanlıurfa and Van provinces.
• Provided consultancy (supervision) services for solar power plant installations and related infrastructure works in Organized Industrial Zones (OIZs) located in Ankara, Çankırı, and Trabzon, as part of the Green Transformation Projects financed by the World Bank in cooperation with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology.

• Served as Civil Works Supervisor in the project design and implementation phases of industrial facilities, administrative buildings, and various types of industrial infrastructure projects.
• Also took part in the construction of a wide range of superstructure buildings within the holding, including fuel stations, marketplaces, industrial ovens, underground parking facilities, and furniture retail stores.

• Managed and supervised the Hangar (Hall 5) Project of the Mercedes-Benz Factory in Aksaray, ensuring all construction phases were completed in accordance with safety, quality, and financial parameters.

• Maintained a safe work environment by enforcing company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout each project phase.

• Supervised the Imam Hussein School Project in Karbala, ensuring safe execution with proper site monitoring and compliance with budgetary and quality expectations.Monitored daily progress on-site to maintain a clear understanding of challenges faced by the team members or any required adjustments in plans or schedules.
• Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.

• Oversaw the implementation and site control of fountain installations, water tanks, roadworks, and landscaping on the route between Baghdad International Airport and the Green Zone, ensuring project delivery within budget and to quality standards.
