* Implement and manage performance system in every six months

* Coordinate and manage the objection process after the performance evaluation period.

* Manage the revision process of the performance system with IT

* Prepare the award process for the employees and share it with the relevant departments.

* Manage promotion, rewards and other related processes.

* Prepare and present the monthly reports for the Management.
