Highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher worked on designing chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), synthetic notch receptors, recombinant proteins, and CRISPR gene engineering constructs mainly on human primary T cells and a variety of primary/transformed cell types. Also developed bispecific antibodies (BITEs), novel recombinant proteins and fluorescent cell-based antibody assays as well. Now working on off the shelf Car-T's including MAIT-CAR and NK-CAR recently. Also working on improving skills on biostatistics and Machine learning models using Python.

-Ranking 132nd in the Country in the OSYM/Turkey's National University Entrance Exam
-Won Bronze Medal in IGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machine) competition when I was in the medicine faculty.
