Highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher worked on designing chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), synthetic notch receptors, recombinant proteins, and CRISPR gene engineering constructs mainly on human primary T cells and a variety of primary/transformed cell types. Also developed bispecific antibodies (BITEs), novel recombinant proteins and fluorescent cell-based antibody assays as well. Now working on off the shelf Car-T's including MAIT-CAR and NK-CAR recently. Also working on improving skills on biostatistics and Machine learning models using Python.

- Working on 'off the shelf' CAR and generated TCR-B2M double knockout CD8 CAR-T cells- results will be published soon.
- Designed and performed experiments to generate MAIT-CAR from PBMC.
- Expanded primary NK cells using edited feeder cells and working on transducing primary NK cells with lentivirus .
- Designed bunch of CARs and BITE constructs using tet on/off and notch systems to target D19, BCMA, CD38 and CD138.
- Conducted IVF study in order to immune profiling of patients suffer from RIF and used machine learning methods with immune parameters to predict pregnancy.
