After spending many years in production, project management, and quality control within the automotive industry, I transitioned to research and development (R&D). In this role, I've spearheaded product development, testing, and validation efforts. My projects, both local and international, have concentrated on cutting-edge materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, including composite forming, various welding methods (such as laser welding and friction stir welding), additive manufacturing, and other innovative manufacturing processes. Additionally, I've been involved in projects leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance technology.

Currently, I'm focused on devising strategies to make R&D projects profitable and facilitate the transfer of their technologies to other sectors. Leveraging my extensive experience in project management, I've effectively led teams to achieve their objectives, managed budgets, and monitored expenditures.
