  • Together with my team, I prepared RFI & RFP response documents for different R&D and product development projects of the Turkish Presidency of Defense Industries, Turkish Naval Forces and some Main Contractors such as Aselsan, Havelsan, Roketsan, STM, ASFAT.
  • Together with my team, I prepared RFI & RFP answering documents wrt the different R&D and product development projects of some international projects.
  • I personally participated in the bidding processes of the tenders on behalf of my company and managed the auction processes under competition.
  • As a retired naval officer who knows their needs, I played the interface role between my team and the Turkish Naval Forces Command crew in our projects.
  • I planned the underwater acoustic infrastructure and technical organizational structuring of my company and implemented it by obtaining management level approvals.

  • After retirement from the Turkish Navy, I joined Havelsan's GENESIS-GABYA Class (PERRY Class) Frigates' Combat Management System Modernization Team as being "Ship Assembly and Integration Manager".
  • Together with my Team, we successfully planned, coordinated, applied & tested modifications/replacements, assembly and integration of all systems of Combat Operations Center (COC) and Electronics Room of the Project.
  • Reduced risks in the integration process by identifying potential issues early on and proactively addressing them.
  • Streamlined integration processes by implementing efficient project management methodologies and tools.
  • Established strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth coordination of resources and information throughout the project lifecycle.
