Akpek Textile was originally established in 1985 and has experienced continuous growth since that time. Following my tenure at two international companies, I assumed leadership of the organization in late 2016 due to personal circumstances marked my entry as a third-generation leader. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in overseeing budgeting and business management, which has enabled me to develop policies that benefit the organization. This has included engaging in meetings with target customers to negotiate superior service and to manage daily operations related to product demands.I have actively participated in national and international trade fairs to stay informed about current global trends. Concurrently, I have ensured the establishment of an efficient team dedicated to maintaining effective communication with our stakeholders through various channels. Through years of experience, I have developed strategic plans aimed at increasing profitability, managed the complete ordering process, arranged production schedules, and analyzed the global market landscape. My motivation for leadership, combined with my commitment to mentoring newly hired employees, has allowed me to impart valuable knowledge for the benefit of the company. I believe that my journey reflects a robust synthesis of my past experiences as an employee and my current responsibilities as both a team leader and the owner of the company.
