• Responsible for the end-to-end preparation of key reports, including Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports for Türkiye Sigorta and Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik
• Gathering and analyzing data from multiple departments to support the development of Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Corporate Governance & Compliance Reports, and Carbon Footprint Reports
• Preparing official meeting minutes, procedural documents
• Taking part in the planning and execution of General Assembly meeting processes for Türkiye Sigorta and Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik
• Managing and regularly updating the Investor Relations section of the company's website
• Supporting the preparation of Quarterly Financial Results Announcements and investor presentations

• Sales of Private Pension and Life Insurance products at Garanti BBVA bank branches
• Conducting a minimum of 20 customer visits per month
• Achieving monthly sales targets

• Developing projects aimed at improving the well-being of the Roma community in Macedonia
• Promoting both formal and non-formal education for Roma children and youth
• Advocating for and implementing the Lifelong Learning Program for adults and the elderly
