As the construction manager in the Amak Mining Company's Moyeath Cu-Zn Plant Project, my responsibilities are listed below;

Managing the processes from excavation to hand over of stockpile tunnels, retaining walls, tank foundations, mill buildings, flotation buildings, filter buildings, tailings buildings, infrastructure, surface bed concrete, roads and other buildings to the client,

Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly plans - Managing QA/QC processes - Monitoring progress against established schedules - Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to clients - Directing the purchase of materials - Managing purchasing processes - Preparing progress payment

Key responsibilities include:

- Geotechnical laboratory tests Pile loading tests, Compression tests, Plate loading tests, Land CBR tests)

- Pıle İnstallation

- Manage site activities in accordance with HSE, QA/QC standards and schedule expectations

- Manage subcontractors and its relationship with client

- Inspection of earthworks, concrete works, and steelworks following standards and specifications

- Checking whether the rebar, concrete, and steel materials coming to the field comply with standards and specifications

- Review of documents such as Method Statement, inspection test plan Control of mix designs of concrete classes with standards and specifications, Following all related laboratory tests at site and preparing the documents.

Controlling all construction works at KUZEY MARMARA UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE EXPANSION (PHASE-III) PROJECT by international standards, technical specifications, and approved drawings, and reporting to the Client

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage site activities in accordance with HSE, QA/QC standards and schedule expectations

- Manage subcontractors and its relationship with client

- Inspection of earthworks, concrete works, and steelworks following standards and specifications,

- Checking whether the rebar, concrete, and steel materials coming to the field comply with standards and specifications,

- Review of documents such as Method Statement, inspection test plan Control of mix designs of concrete classes with standards and specifications, Following all related laboratory tests at site and preparing the documents, Inspection of: ROW Cleaning and Grading-String-Trenching-Lowering- Bedding-Padding-Post Padding-Backfilling-Clean Up-Reinstatement activities,

- Inspection of: Road Crossing (Open or Bored),River Crossing, Over headline Crossing, Existing or Future Pipeline Crossing, Cable Crossing and etc.,

- Installing a New Surface Plant (NSP) next to the existing Shared Facility (SF),

- Installing two off-shore platforms with 18 new wells (each platform with 9 wells) Installing a new 28” pipeline (subsea and onshore) from Northern Platform (DP-1) via Kuzey Marmara Gathering Station (KMGS) to New Surface Plant (NSP),

- Installing a new 28” subsea pipeline from Southern Platform (DP-2) to Kuzey Marmara GatheringStation (KMGS) connected to the existing 24” onshore pipeline from KMGS to the SF,

- Installing a new 24” connecting line from the 24” pig trap area of SF to the New Surface Plant (NSP)

- Installing a new 36” pipeline from NSP connected to 36” BOTAS pipeline Integration of the existing SF to the New Surface Plant (NSP).

Scope of Adıyaman Airport construction works;

Bored pile manufacturing control concreting rebar

Geosynthetic reinforced retaining wall construction,

Quantity progress payment,

Measuring and ordering materials prepare daily activity reports

Key responsibilities include:

- Organizing site activaties, - Create equipment and manpower schedule based on available resources, To coordinate with construction crew for ongoing civil/structural activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, pouring, compaction, rebar, formwork works control, - Measuring and ordering materials prepare daily activity reports
