  • Coordinate internal resources across business units (Services, Engineering, Global Supply Chain) Utilize digital tools to manage a personal order portfolio.
  • Communicate regularly with the supplier, customer and end user to manage expectations.
  • Internal Prepares monthly project forecasts indicating estimated cost and expected labor requirements for completion of assigned projects.
  • Identify and take all necessary actions to manage risks and address opportunities.
  • Effectively manage claims & variation orders.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned session with Project team to share feedbacks.


Regional Ecofit Center Management

  • Data localization of Global team.
  • Documentation of designs and maintaining offers for continuity of manufacturing.
  • Monthly and quarterly financial follow ups wıth Global team.
  • Forecasting of Orders and Sales, pipeline and backlog review.
  • Arranging routine and type test of Ecofit solutions in line with company directive and guidelines.
