-Review, improve and manage an organization’s data architecture.
-Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
-Conduct regular review and provide solutions to automate manual processes.
-Develop and deliver dashboards(Power BI) tailored to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders within the organization.
-Design data modelling processes to create algorithms and predictive models.
-Generate actionable insights for HR Business Partners based on dashboards, descriptive and predictive analytics.
-Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines.
-Take part in Global projects to represent the Region as HR Analytics and Insights SME.
-Work with Reward SME and take part in annual salary cycles.
-Take part in Regional compensation processes.
-Provide input into salary and benefits surveys.
-Work with Benefits and HRIS SME to support flexible benefits and health insurance systems

-Observing the process flow within HR
-Providing reports used for teams' needs
-Analyzing data and requested reports to present outcome
-Preparing data and reports on weekly, monthly and yearly basis ( KPI’s & Metrics )
-Developing existed system requirements and tools
-Identifying causes in the process flow if exist
-Following up the outcomes of data and reports to see if anything needs to be sorted out or improved
-Managing the tracker and dashboards related HR

-Arranging daily delivers on time
-Making first contacts with relevant people at shipyards and ports on behalf of company
-Following up the process between vendor and warehouse

-Handling daily customer meetings, sales calls and account management tasks
-Receiving and processing executed customer agreements
-Pursuing to increase ongoing revenue from existing customers by encouraging product implementation and utilization
