
I have started my career in endoscopic surgery as a marketing specialist in ENT, Neuro and Plastic Surgery fields. I was promoted as the Product Manager of Urology&Gynecology in 2014, and become the Marketing Manager of Uro&Gyn in 2015. In 2019, I was appointed as the Business Group Manager of Uro&Gyn and became responsible for sales, marketing and technical sales teams of these fields.
Being in charge in the fields of Urology and Gynecology for the last ten years in the biggest medical devices supplier in endoscopy - Gentek Medical (executive distributor of Karl Storz for the last 40 years and Cook Medical for the last 8 years)-, has given me the chance to be one of the most experienced marketing, sales and team management professionals in Turkish minimally invasive surgery market.
A big advantage of mine in applying the position Marketing Manager Uro, GEM Central/Gem North is that I have a very large information about all fields that Boston Scientic takes action in urology. I have taken Karl Storz advanced trainings for the last 9 years which clarifies that I have an advanced knowledge about stone disease solutions such as LithoVUE and Lithocast, or prostate solutions such as REZUM. .Besides this, as Gentek is also the distributor of Cook Medical in Turkey, so I have all updated information regarding the market in urological dispossibles market. Moreover, as Gentek was in contact with Lumenis before it was acquired by Boston Sci, I have taken all trainings of laser solutions including MOSES platforms.
I do not only have technical information, but also I have both practical and data based knowledge about the markets, trends, competition, medico-legal issues, etc.
Directing marketing, sales and technical sales teams of Karl Storz Urology and Gynecology group. Leading whole team composed of sixteen colleagues, including three sales managers, one technical sales manager and one product marketing manager.
Managing marketing team of Karl Storz Urology and Gynecology team composed of three product marketing specialists being responsible for KOL management; supporting and developing corporate identity; organizing/supporting local, national and international marketing events such as workshops (cadaver, animal, wet or dry, ext) seminars/webinars, congresses, conferences, live-ops; creating digital marketing contents; product launches; supporting scientific researches on especially newly developing surgical areas/techniques; preparing business plans for short , mid and long terms including targeting, estimating, budgeting, implementing, controlling and reevaluating.

Worked as sales representative of Roche Diagnostic PCR products.
Responsible for organizing international events in Turkey and abroad, performing institutional communication with other Federations and international associations.
