Projects:

  • Handsfree Service, which was giving malls' customers a luxury service to make their shopping experience better. We developed the mobile app of the service by having an integration with a 3rd party for its operation side which was already there before the mobile app
  • The service usage had increased around %300 in just 3 months comparing to before the mobile app development
  • Ticketless Parking Service, which was developed for the customers of the malls who are coming to the malls with their cars and do not want to go out and deal with parking tickets/ their payment process. We developed it in the malls' mobile app as a mall service and got registered the users to the malls' app with their plate numbers
  • Replacing all the mobile apps for client's malls with adding 'indoor navigation' as an additional service for some of them. The client had 17 shopping mall apps before the project and we developed one core mobile app which's features were developed as toggle-able so that they do not have to develop a new mobile app whenever they open a new mall.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with stakeholders from Dubai for creating product backlog by going to Dubai frequently and working with them closely
  • Defining MVP and milestones and creating release plan of product iterations
