Sürekli iyileştirme programlarını kullanarak yalın metodojileriyle etkin bir şekilde kaizen süreci yönetiyorum. Sahalardan girilen kaizenleri elleçleyerek operasyona ve şirkete verimlilik sağlayacak zaman, maliyet kazançları üzerinde çalışmalar yapıyorum. Operasyonel süreçleri iyileştirmek ve takip edebilmek için datalar eşliğinde yeni takip sistemleri kurgulayarak darboğazların oluşmasına engellemeye çalışıyorum. İyileştirme çalışmalarımızda sistemlerden destek alarak veri odaklı karar alma süreçlerini destekliyorum. Hedeflenen operasyonel alanlarda hızlı gelişim kültürünü sağlamak amacıyla kaizen etkinlikleri ve eğitimleri düzenledim. Balık kılçılığı diyaramı, 5 neden analizi ve pareto diyagramları gibi problem çözme araçlarını kullanarak kök neden analizleri gerçekleştirdim ve etkin çözüm önerileri geliştirdim. Süreçlerin iyileştirilmesi ve yapılan işlerin sonuçlarının geliştirilmesi için kendi ekibimle ve ortak çalıştığımız diğer ekiplerle görüşme yaparak, sistemsel datalarımızı da göz önünde bulundurup analizler yaptım. Yapılan analizler sonucunda dar boğazlar, verimsizlikler ve kaizen yaygınlaştırma kültürüyle ilgili projeler başlattım ve liderlik yapıyorum. Ekip hedeflerimiz doğrultusunda süreç iyileştirme stratejileri geliştirerek şirket içi ve saha operasyonlarında verimlilik artışı için elimden gelen gayreti gösteriyorum.

I analyzed existing processes and made recommendations to increase efficiency. I contributed to project coordination by ensuring tasks were completed on time and within budget. I participated in data collection and reporting tasks, preparing comprehensive reports. I applied lean management principles to reduce waste and increase productivity. I collaborated with various teams to ensure the integration of processes. I supported the integration of new technologies. These experiences significantly contributed to my professional development.

I completed a short-term voluntary internship in the textile sector, where I worked on the production floor in the production planning and quality control departments. During this internship, I actively participated in tasks related to business management by monitoring the production process. This experience provided me with the opportunity to closely familiarize myself with the industry and gain insights into overseeing the production stages.

For one year, I served as the Sponsorship Department Leader at the Industrial EngineeringSociety of Yeditepe University. In this role, I conducted meetings with companies to securefinancial or product sponsorships for our planned events and social responsibility projects. Isuccessfully negotiated agreements and ensured the smooth organization of ouractivities.Simultaneously, I collaborated with team members to coordinate the arrangement ofthe foyer area during event periods and managed the distribution of products.

I completed my voluntary internship within the Sales and Marketing team for the Marmara Region at Turkcell. During this internship, I actively contributed to various projects and gained valuable insights into the dynamics of sales and marketing operations within the company.
