Currently, I am a Manual Test Specialist at Neyasis Teknoloji / Layers HR.

My primary responsibilities such as

• Conducting thorough testing of admin, web, and mobile applications to ensure their functionality and performance.
• Logging and documenting all identified defects and bugs in the Azure DevOps environment, ensuring comprehensive issue tracking.
• Creating test cases in both Turkish and English for all platforms, ensuring clear and detailed test instructions.
• Collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently, opening task records and transferring bug reports.

Additional services I provided as a beneficial asset to my workplace:

• Performing English and French translations within the application when required, demonstrating language proficiency.
• Representing Layers HR and its product at various fairs and events, promoting Layers and its offerings to a global audience.

In this role, was responsible for:

Establishing communication with candidates on professional platforms like Kariyer.net and LinkedIn to identify suitable candidates for open positions. I conducted initial screenings to assess their qualifications and interest in the roles.

Administering necessary tests and assessments to qualified candidates to evaluate their skills and knowledge. I provided clear instructions and ensured a fair and consistent evaluation process.

Scheduling and coordinating interviews in close collaboration with both candidates and hiring managers. I ensured that all parties were informed of the interview details and provided timely reminders.

Following up with candidates after interviews to gather feedback and provide status updates. I maintained detailed records of interview outcomes and tracked the progress of the hiring process.

Organizing and overseeing subsequent steps in the later stages of the recruitment process, such as background checks and reference checks. I ensured that the hiring process was conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Managing recruitment processes for a range of technical roles, including Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Test Engineer, and Information Security Specialist. I possessed in-depth knowledge of the specific requirements and qualifications for these positions.
