1- At Karsan Otomotiv Sanayi, I was responsible for the first-time installation of infotainment systems in the e-Jest vehicle, in collaboration with an Italian body manufacturer. While in Italy, I had the opportunity to observe the commissioning process with a team and work on supplier development. By shortening the project timeline and improving the project budget, I successfully integrated a new supplier into our portfolio.
2- At Grammer Seating Systems, I implemented a data traceability system on the assembly line in collaboration with a supplier. We installed barcode readers and Poka-Yoke systems at stations with SC/CC characteristics to collect and monitor data from electrical gun units. This project integrated both error prevention and data traceability, allowing us to track and report all values related to the seats on the assembly line.
