I managed end-to-end analysis, planning, development, and testing processes of various digital projects that we initiated from scratch, starting from the idea stage to production (go-live).

Key Projects I Managed and Contributed To:

Ecom App – End-to-End E-Commerce Platform

• I coordinated the entire project technically by developing all web, mobile (iOS & Android), and backend services from scratch.
• We built a comprehensive module structure including user login, product listing, shopping cart, order history, notifications, product reviews, shipment tracking, and payment systems.
• This project was structured based on the B2S (Business to Shopper) model, and I managed task distribution, test planning, and documentation for all teams.
• I also actively led post-launch support and optimization processes.

Advicemy – Mobile Consulting Application

• I carried out all planning, development, and testing processes from start to finish for this iOS-based consulting application.
• The application included features such as appointment management, consultant profiles, session history, and a user panel.
• After go-live, I implemented updates based on user feedback and provided technical support.

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (mobile, backend, frontend, designers, testers) to ensure project coordination and collaboration.
• Managed sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and task assignments using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Prepared requirement analysis, wrote user stories, and created detailed functional documentation.
• Designed test scenarios using my SQL and database knowledge, and handled data validation and verification processes.
• Performed debugging, regression, and user acceptance tests; successfully executed QA processes.
• Conducted API tests using Postman and Swagger; also executed manual tests on web, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Ensured team coordination and project tracking using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, Whimsical, Excel, and Vysor.
• Successfully launched all projects and took responsibility for user support and maintenance processes post-deployment.
