Responsibilities & Experience:

• Coordinated with the main contractor’s team to prepare and finalize monthly progress payments (interim payment certificates).
• Managed communication and coordination with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of site activities.
• Prepared and submitted daily construction site progress reports, documenting work status and activities.
• Monitored and evaluated workforce performance to ensure productivity and adherence to project requirements.
