From day one at Kaynak Spinning Mill, I initiated and led impactful improvements in quality control, machine and electrical maintenance, as well as workplace discipline.

Successfully increased daily compact yarn production capacity from 15 tons to 22 tons through process optimization and team coordination.

Following rehabilitation efforts at the facility formerly known as Legler Denim (now operating as Carnaval Morroc), transitioned to a three-shift yarn production system.

Managed the end-to-end production of 100% Cotton, Cotton-PES, and Cotton-Nylon yarns within the Ne 8/1 to Ne 44/1 range to meet military uniform requirements for Qatar, Sudan, and several African countries, ensuring strict compliance with technical specifications. Led the installation and commissioning of newly acquired machinery, planned and scheduled customer orders, and prepared detailed monthly activity and budget reports for top management. Additionally, handled the procurement of all spare parts and consumables, securing the highest quality at the most cost-effective prices.

Oversaw the planning and management of yarn production to meet the home textile, knitting, and denim requirements of the Ring and Open-End (O.E.) yarn factories within the integrated Türkmenbashi Textile Complex. The facility had a daily production capacity of 70,000 meters of home textiles, 28,000 meters of denim, and 50,000 undershirts. In addition to meeting internal production demands, yarn was also exported to international markets.
