Development of Port Service Phases and Marketing Approaches in German Ports (Thesis Study - Europe's leading ports were examined on site for 7 months).
Research Summary: Based on the port service types, the services offered by Hanse Leauge actors, their developments and future plans were examined, and operational statistics were tried to be determined on the basis of passenger, cargo and ship types. As a result, it is aimed to put forward suggestions that will lead to globalization in general terms for marinas, ports and terminals that have gained significant momentum in maritime services, by interpreting certain ports that play an important role among the Ports that are the key points in world maritime transportation.
For this purpose, within the scope of the study, the marinas, ports and terminals in the Antwerp, Gdansk, Hamburg, Bremen, Wismar, Rostock and Duisburg regions examined in and around Germany are classified according to their services and investments in the maritime sector.
