- I have been entrusted with the critical role of leading a global SAP S4/HANA project for the Gebze Plant
- This project involves the implementation and optimization of SAP's cutting-edge S4/HANA software, which plays a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our supply chain processes
- My responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, and overseeing a cross-functional team to ensure the successful execution of the project within established timelines
- I actively collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and geographical locations to align project goals with business objectives
Manufacturing Execution System (Proficy) Transition
- In addition to the SAP project, I have taken on the leadership of the regional manufacturing execution system (Proficy) transition for the Gebze Plant, specifically within the Fabric Care category
- My role encompasses defining the strategic roadmap for the transition, coordinating with IT teams and vendors, and ensuring a seamless migration to the new system. This includes managing data migration, system integration, and user training to ensure a smooth transition without disruptions to production
- This transition has not only modernized our manufacturing processes but has also improved real-time monitoring and data analytics capabilities, leading to better decision-making and operational efficiency
