  • Establishment of FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System. Providing trainings to the General Manager and senior management in order to maintain the Food Safety Management system requirements.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of all main requirements of the Food Safety Management System (Process Risk Analysis, HACCP, O-PRP, PRP, Food Safety Plan etc) and additional requirements.
  • Continuous control of national and international standards. Ensuring that all other activities, especially production activities, comply with the standards.
  • Determination of the internal laboratory analysis plan(both Microbiological and Pyhsico-Chemical analysis). Providing verification of laboratory analyzes performed by laboratory technicians.
