- Vaal Real Estate are developers with more than 13 large residential projects in Kenya, Ghana and Uganda.
- I established and managed a Project Management Office (PMO) for the whole group based out of Istanbul and on the ground across Africa.
- The PMO’s scope included all aspects of Project Management from setting up a technical office to carrying out design management, planning, commercial management, contract administration, and procurement.
