My dynamic career journey was shaped by my experiences in different sectors. In my first step in the customs and logistics sector, I worked as an export officer in a customs company for 7 years, mastering the intricacies of global trade and effectively managing export processes. During this process, I understood the importance of paying attention to details and effective communication.
Afterwards, I worked as a fitness trainer for 1 year in line with my interest in fitness. This experience developed me in human relations, motivation and achieving personal goals. In addition, I observed how strong the connection between healthy living and productivity in business life is.
I worked as a sales manager in the pipe sector for 1 year and gained a strong infrastructure in customer relations, developing sales strategies, marketing and managing sales processes. This experience reinforced my strong communication skills in sales and provided me with in-depth knowledge of marketing processes.
My interest in the airline sector continued for 3 years as a guest services specialist. Focusing on customer satisfaction, I managed various services to maximize passengers' flight experiences. This role developed my customer-oriented thinking ability and reinforced my ability to produce fast solutions.
Finally, I worked as a specialist in the operations department of an airline company for 7 years. In this position, I gained extensive experience in flight operations management, team coordination and process improvement. I acquired important skills such as providing operational excellence and crisis management in the rapidly changing and dynamic airline industry. The various industry experiences I have gained throughout my career have allowed me to gain expertise in different areas. Always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront, ensuring efficiency in operational processes and approaching all kinds of challenges with a solution-oriented approach has always been a priority for me.
