With hands-on experience in software and information systems, I currently work as a Software Engineer in the IT Department of a public sector organization. I contribute to the development and maintenance of internal automation systems used by municipal staff, which are primarily developed using the Java programming language. Additionally, I serve as a Project Manager in externally contracted projects, acting as the liaison between the municipality and third-party vendors, and am responsible for preparing and delivering all necessary project reports.
I also have significant experience in designing and developing software solutions that facilitate cooperation between citizens and the municipality. I played an active role in the development and successful deployment of e-Muhtar Sarıyer and Smart Sarıyer, two in-house platforms that are currently in use. At present, I am also involved in the analysis and software development processes of the municipality’s new official website.
My technical stack includes Java and ASP.NET Core for backend development, while JavaScript, AJAX, and Bootstrap are used for user interface and front-end functionalities.
My responsibilities across various projects—ranging from requirements analysis and stakeholder communication to process tracking and full lifecycle involvement—have equipped me with both the strategic insight and practical experience needed for a Product Owner role. I am well-positioned to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, deliver user-centric solutions, and manage the product lifecycle efficiently in agile environments.
