Details
I am dealing with complex works, which require not-straight forward technical planning and special capabilities of the service crews. Each of the Job I treat like a project, that needs to be executed in smart way. I identify Time and Material Opportunities and trigger Commercial team for creating quotations.
As Special Service Task Coordinator, I am asked to specify the Work Order context, meaning define required spare parts, tools, resources and instructions, to solve the issue with first fix.
If needed, I do manual Technical Planning in order to provide prerequisites for Work Execution.
As mentioned before, every Work Order for Main Components is like a small project itself. So, I coordinate it E2E, meaning I am not only responsible for technical preparation of the job, but as well for its scheduling and planning. Main components jobs require often to use external services and I am the one who coordinates the contacts with Suppliers (cranes, external lighting, etc.)
I coordinate the work planning keeping an eye on cooperation with 3rd party service providers.
I place the demand to the Supply Chain for job prerequisites.
As Special Service Task Coordinator, I need to find a service crew, who will have expected capabilities to execute main components repairs and exchanges. That’s why I need to find the best match of people potential and their availability to ensure job is done properly.
