- Managing sales and business development in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
- Analyzing market trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Adapting sales strategies based on economic conditions, market needs.
📌 Pricing & Profitability
- Analyzing costs and competitors to set competitive and profitable pricing.
- Preparing customized offers, discounts, and bulk pricing for key clients.
📌 Client Management & Customer Relations
- Acting as the main contact for clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
- Managing customer feedback, complaints, and urgent requests with effective solutions.
📌 Order, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Overseeing the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery.
- Working with the logistics team to optimize shipping and reduce delays.
📌 International Business & Representation
- Attending International fairs to expand the company’s network and market presence.
- Leading client meetings to discuss sales, contracts, and future business cooperations.
📌 Financial & Risk Management
- Ensure on-time payments from customers to minimize financial risks.
- Monitor invoice due dates and follow up with clients in advance to prevent overdue payments.

- Working closely with production, logistics, finance, product development to improve efficiency.
