Monitors overall budget consumption with respect to donors’
constraints.
▪ Creates and regularly update cost allocation table.
▪ Ensure accuracy of the financial information
Ensure compliance of all financial procedures with Orange and donor’s
guidelines and provide support to the logistic, administration and
program department in terms of donor requirements.
▪ Ensure internal financial procedures, systems, policies and controls are

▪ Develop and implement financial and accounting procedures relevant
for project management, drafting reports on project costs and financial
results required under the donor’s guidelines,
