• Within the scope of Tekfen Agricultural Research's smart breeding program; supporting early-stage selection through marker-based selection method, design and establishment of trials aimed at developing high-adaptation and high-yield varieties in the process of global climate change adaptation.
• Shortening the breeding period by half by controlling plant development at the most appropriate wavelength and time in the speed breeding greenhouse.
• In the smart breeding program, a total of 11 bread wheat varieties, 8 of which are for winter and 3 for summer, along with 1 barley variety, were involved in the registration process. The successful registration of 12 varieties has been accomplished through this program.
• Integrating agromorphological observations, quality data, and molecular analysis results from trials conducted in different regions. Ensuring project writing, implementation, reporting, and finalization within the R&D center.
• Mentored junior researchers in best practices, fostering a high-performing team environment
• Managed budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources
