• Salesforce Platform Management: As a Technical Consultant for the Volkswagen Group, I primarily worked with the CUPRA brand. My role involved overseeing various parts of the sales process through the Salesforce platform, from generating leads and managing orders to coordinating vehicle deliveries. I took the lead in refining these sales processes within Salesforce, enhancing how they handle leads and orders for CUPRA, Audi, and Volkswagen.
• Experience Cloud Portal: I led the creation and rollout of an Experience Cloud portal for CUPRA agents. This portal made it easier for them to access and manage leads, opportunities, and orders. It also allowed them to schedule test drives, manage their working hours, and book garage appointments more efficiently.
• Salesforce Integration & Customization: I led the design and management of Salesforce integrations with other systems and custom extensions, including tools like Mule and Heroku. I also worked on various customizations based on client requirements, using Salesforce API, APEX, LWC, and Visualforce. Additionally, I served as the go-to expert on Salesforce features, integrations, and customizations.
• Client Consultation & Solution Design: I analyzed how clients used Salesforce and provided tailored recommendations and roadmaps for improving their Salesforce solutions. I developed technical roadmaps and solution designs while ensuring all work adhered to Salesforce best practices.
• System Upgrades & Implementation: I assessed existing systems to determine if they needed upgrades or new installations. I reviewed and suggested improvements, managed the design architecture, and ensured successful implementation from start to finish.
• Release Management: I managed the release process, including approving configurations and code deployments. I established standards for writing user stories and success criteria, and worked with Salesforce experts to refine the product backlog.
• Project Oversight & Quality Assurance: I supervised the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. I created technical design specifications, developed deployment strategies, troubleshot issues, and ensured seamless system integration.
• Training & Documentation: I trained staff on new system procedures and created documentation for feedback after installation. I also conducted project reviews, developed proofs of concept, and led product demonstrations for custom solutions.

• Fujifilm FSL & Service-Based Project: Worked as a dedicated developer on Fujifilm's service-based FSL project, handling customizations and developing solutions based on client needs. Created action buttons, triggers, and custom calculations for objects such as Work Orders, Assets, and Service Appointments. Developed Apex Classes, Lightning Components, Triggers, Scheduler Classes, Batch Classes, Future Methods, Reports, and Flows according to specific client requirements.
