Medical doctor with a background in developmental neuroscience research as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. Dedicated a decade of volunteer work as a preemie myself to El Bebek Gül Bebek, a charity focused on representing the interests of preterm and newborn infants and their families. Showcased leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy skills during two years on the supervisory committee to enhance neonatal care and support programs. Took on the role of Student Head of Medical Education during medical training, successfully organizing educational initiatives, fostering interdepartmental collaborations, and improving curriculum delivery. Strong passion for leveraging research expertise, medical background, and leadership experience to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Member of Supervising Committee for El Bebek Gül Bebek, Turkish national charity for premature babies’ (2021- 2023)

• Participated in community projects of El Bebek Gül Bebek, charity for premature babies from 2014 to 2023, and received EFCNI, Germany (European Foundation for the care of Newborn Infants) recognition for the following events:
• Performing street interviews to raise awareness about prematurity and made a short movie on the interviews.
• Member of organization committee and head of the management of charity’s social media on Yanki Yazgan seminar.
• Delegate in World Congress of Perinatal Medicine (WCPM) 2019
• Delegate in 5th Congress of Young Pediatricians 2019

Selected among 1200 medical students to participate in HUAWEI company’s  “Medicine, Technology & Culture Trip” to China including 1 day observership in  Peking University International Hospital. (January 2020)
