Contribute largely to the success of the business of BCS in
Turkey by developing the sales strategy, the customer
relationship, realization of the market share and the
turnover planned.
Develop sustainability in sales, portability, LCM, money
collection to sustain growth in the CP/Seeds market share of
BCS in Turkey.
By 2017, the Iranian government has decided to transfer
their CP business to the private sector instead of managing
with large tenders. Bayer consequently established its
business to align with the new system. I got a promotion and
was assigned as the first Marketing and Development Manager
of Bayer Persian, with a team of 5 managerial and 16
regional representatives. Bayer Persian adapted itself to
private business management within 4 years and achieved
No1 in terms of MS in the Iranian CP market.
With cooperation and collaboration of Sales and Marketing
Teams to manage State, Semi State and Cooperatives' sales
plans, targets, money collection and marketing activities all
over the country.
